Country Songs And Love

By Carol Brome

One of the virtually all common topics of country songs is love, followed by the suffering caused by love, drinking, religion as well as patriotism. Nevertheless, love is the topic used by artists that have released the best country songs ever. Even new country songs often talk more about love then of any other theme. This looks normal to us simply because love is almost always our main priority in life, whether or not it is love for our partner, mother or siblings.

Because love is such an important feeling that makes us enjoy life at its fullest, most top country songs which have this theme tend to be slow. This means that love country songs are good for slow dancing with a partner. For example, "Austin" sung by Blake Shelton talks about a man and a woman that loved each other, but the woman decided to go to Austin for a year. After that year passed, she realized that she still loved him and they got back together.

However, don't assume all love country songs are slow and "It Must Be Love" sung by Alan Jackson proves it. This track talks about a man who believes that he loves a woman due to the fact that he dreams about her and all of his dreams find a way to include her. The tune also mentions how fantastic love makes you feel. "White Trash Wedding" sung by Dixie Chicks talks about a couple that doesn't have enough money for them to get married, but they love each other so much that they'll go through every little thing together.

The awesome thing about country songs is that they can be played at weddings for the first dance of the couple as husband and wife. One of the greatest country songs that are appropriate for a first dance is "Lost In The Moment" sung by Big And Rich. This track talks about a groom who is extremely happy for getting married and for starting to live with his wife as a married couple.

Top country songs can even be performed for the father daughter dance at a wedding party. Almost all of these songs focus on the love a father has for his little girl and how he hoped that she will not grow older and always be daddy's litttle lady. "Tough Little Boys" sung by Gary Allen talks about a man who once was though, but when he became a dad, he started to be scared of everything his little daughter was frightened of.
