Prom was the next movie that offered her a chance. It was an original Disney production in which she starred as Jessica. This was a girl in a group of others who were preparing for their senior prom. She found the role to be easy as she could relate it to her own time in school.
This was followed by another role in a short film called Omission that was directed by Justin Bellow. It was a thriller whose target was young adults. It was a totally new role for her that posed a challenge. She took the challenges in her stride and it enhanced her acting.
Her success on the big screen propelled her to another role in television. She starred in the series called Everyone Wants Theirs as Nikki and appeared in three episodes. This series was on two diamond smugglers. Despite being a short stint, it attracted more opportunities for her and she became a TV star.
